This is a great spot to start a mountain bike ride.
This trailhead is off the beaten path and if you hike past the Quilter Trail, you will be rewarded with some of the most impressive Saguaro cactus that Saguaro National Park has to offer.
Quiet and secluded trail. Not well known but absolutely beautiful. Easy to get to and find. Trails are not difficult and of different lengths. Definitely worth a trip.
First time mountain biking on this trail. Pretty easy, but has some steep inclines.
Parking area available for almost a dozen cars and locking wildlife gate. We found a few ancient discoveries hiding along the trail, I won't spoil it for anyone. Also, rattle snakes and desert tortoise. Even when we thought we lost the trail a couple times along coyote wash trail signs popped up out of nowhere to guide us. Be weary of flash flood warnings.
